UNWANTED ITEMS

Items purchased online can be returned for a refund provided we get them back within 14 days and in a perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. You will only be refunded the cost of the item/s. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

EXCHANGES

We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item you should return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and then submit a new order online.

PAYMENT OF REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method.

We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.
